These PYROTEC Bead Firing Stands are specialised stainless steel kiln furniture accessories designed for glaze firing ceramic beads, buttons, and small jewellery components without them sticking to kiln shelves.

The stands have heavy-duty stainless steel frames, and utilise high-temperature metal rods that support the hollow centre of your clay pieces during the firing process.

PYROTEC Bead Firing Stands are supplied with 3 firing rods: 150 mm long x Ø 2 mm, or 200 mm long x Ø 3 mm. The stands are available in two sizes.

TIP! Firing at high temperatures weakens the rods; an object weighing 27 g or more in the centre of the rod will bend it significantly at 1150° C.
